The comfortable fully furnished and well-equipped cottage located in a quiet area of the village Balatonudvari, which sleeps maximum 4 people.

Downstairs there is a combined living room/dining room opened to the terrace. It has a settee and armchair just opposite to the SAT TV plus dining table with four chairs. The equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer and a gas hob.

The bathroom contains a hand-basin, WC, shower and plenty of bathroom shelving space.  
Stairs lead to the passage of the upper floor.  Opposite to the stair a door leads to the balcony  enjoying view of the lake.

There are one big and one smaller bedrooms upstairs, each with two single beds. A curtain divides the bedroom and the passage.
